Colliers M&G and CBRE brokers Burns & Levinson's 14,000 s/f lease expansion; now occupies 103,052 s/f

Burns & Levinson LLP, has signed a multi-year lease renewal and expanded its office space to more than 100,000 s/f, with expansion options. Represented by Colliers Meredith & Grew's Boston Brokerage group, Burns & Levinson will expand its premises by 14,000 s/f to a total of 103,052 s/f at 125 Summer St. The firm now occupies the fifth through ninth floors in the building. "The firm needed a sophisticated landlord that could accommodate our plans for dynamic growth for the next 10 years or more at the transportation hub of the Financial District," said David Rosenblatt, managing partner at Burns & Levinson.   Executive vice president Ronald Perry, senior VPs Francis Durand and John Carroll and VP Lawrence Epstein represented Burns & Levinson. Andrew Hoar, president of CB Richard Ellis/New England, represented the landlord, working with managing director Andrew Maher and managing director Ryan Enright of Equity Office, the owner and manager of 125 Summer St.
