Colliers M&G handles 26,148 s/f lease for BIND
BIND Biosciences, Inc. has subleased 26,148 s/f of laboratory and office space from Alkermes, Inc. at 64 Sidney St. located in University Park at MIT.
Colliers Meredith & Grew's Joe Flaherty, Tucker Hansen and Ben Coffin represented Alkermes, Inc., the sublandlord. Jon Varholak and Eric Smith of RBJ represented BIND Biosciences.
