Buckingham Browne & Nichols has executed a 27,000 s/f lease for administrative and classroom space at 40 Belmont St. The lease represents 100% of the premises formerly occupied by the N. E. School of Acupuncture.
Executive VP James Elcock of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the landlord, the Archdiocese of Boston.  Buckingham Browne & Nichols was represented by senior associate Ellie Fantini and advisor Jennifer Nicholson of Grubb & Ellis.
40 Belmont St. is a three-story, 27,000 s/f school building with frontage on both Belmont and Mount Auburn Sts.
"Given the property's location on the Cambridge/Watertown line, its immediate access to public transportation and ample parking, the property has always had very good activity," said Elcock.
