Colliers Meredith & Grew arrange 5,500 s/f lease for LightWedge

LightWedge, LLC, maker of innovative LightWedge and Great Point Light book lights and magnifiers, has executed a new 5,500 s/f office lease for its headquarters at 320 Nevada St. The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of John Carroll, Elias Demakes and John Dolan represented LightWedge and the landlord, One Nevada Realty Trust, in the transaction. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed Located in Nonantum Office Park, 320 Nevada St. is a five-story, 86,000 s/f office building.
