The Bulfinch Group, a general agency of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian), New York, NY, has executed a new 3,990 s/f lease at 300 Ledgewood Place. The property is now 100% leased.
The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of executive vice president James Elcock and assistant vice president David Goodhue represented the landlord, F.P. Giglio Enterprises, in the transaction. Senior vice president Bradley McGill and associate Michael Olson of Jones Lang LaSalle represented The Bulfinch Group. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
