Colliers Meredith & Grew executes 7,500 s/f lease for Cambridge healthtech Institute

Ping Identity Corp. has executed a new 7,500 s/f office sublease at 1000 Winter St. The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of Elias Demakes, John Carroll and John Dolan III represented Cambridge Healthtech Institute, the sublandlord.   Greg Hoffmeister of T3 Advisors represented Ping Identity.   Built in 1988, 1000 Winter Street is a four-story, 267,909 s/f class A office building located in the Bay Colony Corporate Ctr.   Strategically located on Route 128 and overlooking the Cambridge Reservoir, the 58-acre complex is comprised of four office buildings totaling 980,000 square feet. Amenities include full-service cafeterias, conference facilities, fitness centers, day care and on-site property management.
