Colliers Meredith & Grew named project manager for Marian Manor
According to Marian Manor for the Aged and Infirm, Colliers Meredith & Grew has been named the project manager for its new continuing care retirement community to be built at Quarry Hills.
Colliers Meredith & Grew will be advising on all aspects of the project including Stella Maris, the independent living component, the new Marian Manor nursing facility and Memorare, the memory support assisted living wing which will be built on the property. The project, sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, presents an expansion of the mission begun by the Sisters at Marian Manor in South Boston more than 50 years ago.
