Boston, MA Colliers has arranged the sale of the historic Our Lady’s Guild House, located at 20 Charlesgate West, to the Planning Office for Urban Affairs and Fenway Community Development Corp. The Colliers team that organized the deal was led by executive vice president Jeanne Pinado, who was hired by Our Lady’s Guild House for her knowledge and experience in the affordable housing market.

The building is a six story, 58,320 s/f building located in Kenmore Sq. in the city’s Fenway neighborhood. Now, Our Lady’s Guild House, which has provided housing for women since 1947, is changing ownership and will undergo a major renovation and provide permanent affordable housing. The sale provides an opportunity to continue the building’s legacy of providing much needed affordable residences, while preserving the historic property.

The property is located in Kenmore Sq., making it accessible by bus and subway. Nearby you can find several colleges, universities, museums, parks, and landmarks including Boston University, Boston Conservatory of Berklee, Museum of Fine Arts, Fenway Park, and the Back Bay Fens within walking distance.
