Colliers Project Leaders hires Humenn as director within the healthcare group

Boston, MA Colliers Project Leaders | USA has hired Bob Humenn as a director within the healthcare group.

“With more than 45 years of experience dedicated to healthcare planning, design, and construction, Mr. Humenn brings substantial value to the firm,” said Richard Barnett, senior vice president. “Bob Humenn has managed the design and construction process for many project types including surgery centers, cancer centers, hospitals and medical centers, and has acted as lead medical planner, programmer, and designer for an impressive number of remarkable projects.”

Humenn’s proven expertise includes working closely with clients to define the project vision and scope in order to communicate and manage the design and construction process. He has extensive experience in healthcare regulations including the FGI Guidelines and NFPA 101 The Life Safety Code. He has served as a liaison with the Department of Public Health and led many projects successfully through the plan review and survey process. He brings to the firm his skills in project visioning, strategic problem solving, communication, and leadership.

Humenn is also in possession of many accreditations and memberships, including Architectural Registrations: Massachusetts (8047), New York (017008-1), Connecticut (07189), Rhode Island (1862); American Society for Healthcare Engineering – ASHE/NEHES; National Fire Protection Association; National Council for Architectural Registration Board; American Institute of Architects – AIA.
