Colliers represents CPS Technologies in relocation to 80,000 s/f facility

Attleboro, MA Colliers has represented CPS Technologies Corp. in the long-term lease of an 80,000 s/f industrial facility located at 523 Pleasant St. The building will serve as CPS Technologies’ new corporate headquarters, giving the company significant additional capacity in a facility roughly double the size of its current location.

Colliers’ executive vice president Ovar Osvold and vice president Sean Hannigan advised CPS Technologies throughout the site selection, evaluation, and lease negotiation process, helping the company identify a facility capable of supporting its operational requirements and long-term business strategy.

CPS Technologies develops and manufactures advanced materials and engineered solutions for customers across the defense, energy infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and other technology-driven industries. The relocation will enable the company to expand production capacity, enhance key business functions, and increase operational efficiency while maintaining a presence in southeastern Massachusetts.

“As CPS Technologies evaluated its future real estate needs, it was critical to find a facility that could accommodate sophisticated manufacturing operations while providing flexibility for the company’s next phase of growth,” said Hannigan.

“Through a comprehensive search and evaluation process, we helped CPS identify a solution that supports its operational objectives, workforce requirements, and long-term business strategy. 523 Pleasant St. provides the scale, infrastructure, and location advantages necessary to support CPS’s next phase of growth.”

“Our new Attleboro headquarters represents an important investment in CPS’ future, providing the space and infrastructure needed to advance our capabilities,” said Dan Barton, Vice President of Operations at CPS Technologies. “We are excited to bring our corporate, manufacturing, and product development functions together in a larger, more efficient environment while remaining close to our existing workforce.”

Demand for specialized industrial facilities continues to grow across Greater Boston and southeastern Massachusetts as companies seek spaces that offer proximity to major transportation networks and regional talent. This transaction underscores the importance of strategic tenant representation in today’s industrial market, helping occupiers navigate limited inventory, evaluate facility alternatives, and secure locations that align with long-term business, workforce, and production objectives.
