Griffith and Pepdjonovic of Marcus & Millichap handle $13.5 million sale

Quincy, MA Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of The Willard, a 30-unit multifamily property. The asset sold for $13.5 million.

“The Willard is a newly constructed boutique luxury apartment building that offers investors a high-quality, turnkey asset featuring modern finishes, spacious floor plans, quartz countertops, in-unit laundry, and separately metered utilities including water,” said Evan Griffith, senior managing director in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office. 

“Located just off I-93, this commuter friendly Quincy location provides convenient access to local amenities as well as downtown Boston. We continue to see investors target high-quality locations with strong fundamentals. This property was 100% occupied at the close of escrow,” said Tony Pepdjonovic, senior managing director.

Pepdjonovic and Griffith exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller.

Located at 510 Willard St., The Willard is a 36,202 s/f building on a 0.63-acre lot. The property was built in 2025 and includes 30 modern apartments. The unit mix includes 24 two-bedroom, and six three-bedroom apartments. The property offers a roof deck, EV charging stations, and additional storage facilities.
