Colliers represents Dellbrook | JKS in 4,900 s/f expansion to 26,000 s/f

Quincy, MA Colliers International’s Southwest Team represented Dellbrook | JKS in a 4,900 s/f expansion that will bring its total footprint to just shy of 26,000 s/f at One Adams Place (859 Willard St.). This most recent expansion is the fourth since taking occupancy of less than 10,000 s/f in 2013, which translates to almost 150% growth in this location since that time.

Colliers International senior vice president Stephen Woelfel, Jr., in conjunction with his fellow teammates, executive vice president David Goodhue, senior vice president Caleb Hudak, and vice presidents Kevin Brawley and PJ Foster, advised Dellbrook through each of these expansions and extensions.
