Colliers sells 206,000 s/f complex for $37.5 million to Jumbo Capital

25 and 40 Kenwood Circle - Franklin, Mass.

Franklin, MA 25 and 40 Kenwood Circle, a 206,000 s/f distribution, flex and manufacturing complex, has been acquired for $37.5 million by Jumbo Capital Partners from Franchi Management Inc.

Franchi had hired Colliers as exclusive agent. The Colliers team was led by Frank Petz, Matthew Sherry, Rob Schlesinger and Jack Barrett. Kevin Hanna and Kevin Brawley provided leasing and transaction assistance.

The single-story steel-framed buildings are on 11 acres.
