Colliers sells 287-unit self storage facility in Derry for $1 million

Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, completed the sale of a 287-unit self storage facility at 125 Windham Rd., to CROM, LLC. The property is comprised of 5 free standing buildings, totaling 35,150 s/f on 4.12 acres. Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM of Colliers International's Manchester office represented the seller in the transaction. Joe Mendola, of NAI Norwood Group, represented the buyer. The property sold for $1 million. Ed Smith, principal of the buyer's entity, said, "The acquisition of this property allows me to extend the Granite Clover Self Storage brand to the Derry/Londonderry area." Smith plans to update, remodel and expand the facility.
