Litchfield of Concord Commercial sells 1.87 acre parcel for $439,000

Concord Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of a 1.87 acre parcel of riverfront land in downtown Laconia to Laconia Area Community Land Trust (LACLT). LACLT will construct a three-story, affordable housing apartment building on the lot which is between Union Ave. and the Winnipesaukee River. The River's Edge project will demolish an unused warehouse and replace it with 32 units of one and two-bedroom apartments. The property was last occupied by the F.W. Webb Company, a wholesale plumbing and heating firm. Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. LACLT's mission is to assist low and moderate income families achieve economic self-sufficiency through the development of permanently affordable housing opportunities. The selling price was $439,000.
