Colonial Properties and Fidelity R.E. broker 2,400 s/f $475,000 sale

Colonial Properties, Inc. has completed the sale of 256 Seaside Ave., a 2,400 s/f office building on .42 acre. Michael Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the seller, Suman Gupta. Fidelity Real Estate represented the buyer, Computil Corporation, which provides computerized billing and GIS mapping systems for utilities and network setup and support. Computil purchased the property for $475,000 for use as its corporate headquarters.
