Milford, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., the firm negotiated two commercial lease transactions. 

Fred Messore, senior vice president at Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the landlord, Milford Associates, in negotiating a 5-year lease with Ameritel of Milford (Metro PCS) at 70 Turnpike Sq.  The 980 s/f retail space was previously a Metro PCS cell phone store, and will continue operations as such. The attorney representing Milford Associates was Paul Petigrow Esq. of New Jersey; the tenant’s attorney was Laura Pasternek from Gibbon, Anthony and Flaherty LLP.       

Kevin Weirsman, vice president at Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the landlord, Prime Realty LLC, in negotiating a 5-year lease with Great Expressions Dental at 297 Boston Post Rd. in Orange.  The 2,500 s/f  medical space was previously occupied by Aspen Dental.  The tenant was represented by Alan Zuckerman of Alan Zuckerman Real Estate.
