The 980 s/f retail space was previously a Metro PCS cell phone store, and will continue operations as such. The attorney representing Milford Associates was Paul Petigrow Esq. of New Jersey; the tenant’s attorney was Laura Pasternek from Gibbon, Anthony and Flaherty LLP.
Kevin Weirsman, vice president at Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the landlord, Prime Realty LLC, in negotiating a 5-year lease with Great Expressions Dental at 297 Boston Post Rd. in Orange. The 2,500 s/f medical space was previously occupied by Aspen Dental. The tenant was represented by Alan Zuckerman of Alan Zuckerman Real Estate.
