Colonial Properties completes $200,000 sale of 108-114 Evergreen St.
According to Michael Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, Inc., the firm completed the sale of 108-114 Evergreen St., a 4,350 s/f 2 floor commercial building on .16 acres.
Bill Weirsman, commercial realtor with Colonial Properties represented the seller, JJ and J Realty, LLC. The buyer, 118 Evergreen, LLC purchased the property for $200,000 and plans on using the building for commercial operations. Robert Shawah of Baldwin Pearson Realty represented the buyer.
