Colonial Properties completes $675,000 sale of 16 Oxford Road in Milford
Michael Richetelli, President of Colonial Properties, Inc., has completed the sale of 16 Oxford Rd., a 4,800 s/f building on .62 acre. Fred Messore, commercial Realtor and development specialist of Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the seller, Oxford Place LLC. The buyer, Metropolitan Dental Laboratory of Stratford, purchased the property for $675,000 and initially plans on using 50-75% of the building for its own operations and leasing out the balance of the space.
