Colonial Properties completes three sales totaling $835,000

Orange, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., the firm has completed the following transactions.

Fred Messore, SVP, was the sole broker in the sale of 209-211 Pershing Dr., Ansonia, a 2,550 s/f automotive repair and auto body building on .66 +/- acres. The former location of Del’s Auto Body was purchased by 690 New Haven Ave, LLC d/b/a Monaco Enterprise for $425,000. The buyer will be opening Anthony’s Auto Body. The seller, Estate of Anthony and Judith DelMastro was represented by attorney George Boath, Jr. with Zanella Boath & Associates, LLC. The buyer was represented by attorney Joe Tramuta with Minnella, Tramuta and Edwards, LLC.

3190 Whitney Avenue, Unit 6 - Hamden, CT

Tony Vitti, Realtor, represented the seller, Chai Realty, LLC in the sale of 3190 Whitney Ave., Unit 6, Hamden, a 3,840 s/f two-unit office condominium for $245,000. The buyer, OP, INC was represented by Bruce Schaefer, Realtor, with Schaefer Associates. The seller was represented by attorney Donna Levine in North Haven. The buyer was represented by attorney Stuart Margolis with Berdon, Young & Margolis, PC.

16 Farm River Road - East Haven, CT

Tom Doyle, Realtor, was the sole broker in the sale of 16 Farm River Rd., East Haven, a 900 s/f auto repair and used car sales property and business for $165,000. The buyer, Arthur and Debra Diglio was represented by attorney Michael Whalen. The seller was represented by attorney Art Zullo with Zullo, Zullo and Jacks, LLC.
