6 Waterview Dr. has been sold to Alpha-Core, Inc. The building is 45,000 s/f on five acres and sold for $3.8 million. It was once home to Doran Manufacturing which originally relocated from Norwalk in 1998.
Alpha-Core, based in Bridgeport, is an industry leader developing novel products and processes for the electrical industry. Alpha-Core has cultivated close relationships with a wide variety of customers from individuals and small winding job-shops to multi national manufacturing companies, national laboratories, schools and universities. Its newest development is Poulsen Hybrid, a system for retrofitting a conventional car as a plug-in hybrid vehicle.
