Columbia Construction Company has completed the Courtyard by Marriott which is located along the Charles River. Formerly a Radisson, the 130,000 s/f hotel was completely refurbished and features 203 guest rooms; 3,100 s/f of meeting space; a full-service business center; a fitness center with swimming pool; and a restaurant with a lounge.
The total project cost was approximately $15.5 million.

The 16-story, brick high-rise entailed upgrades to the entire infrastructure; as well as installation of all new windows and building systems. A high performance mechanical system was also installed to meet the demands of a high-rise facility so as to maintain a comfortable and healthy environment, while remaining energy efficient. All guest rooms, public areas and meeting spaces are now fully equipped with wireless technology.
Designed by Group One Partners, Inc., the project also included the construction of an architectural canopy over the main entrance, as well as an ornamental stairway in the lobby.
