Combined Properties Inc. completes leases totaling 31,672 s/f in Centennial Park

Combined Properties, Inc. completed three new leases totaling 31,672 s/f at 2 Corporation Way in Centennial Park. In conjunction with the new tenancy, renovations to the common areas including the lobby and restrooms have been completed recently and represent a major upgrade to 2 Corporation Way. The 94,060 s/f first-class office building will be the new home to Talx Corp. and USA Protect, LLC. The third tenant has requested anonymity. Talx Corp. is the provider of Equifax Workforce Solutions and a leader in human resource, payroll, and tax-related services. USA Protect is the provider of LocatePLUS, an industry leading database offering online investigative information for law enforcement, legal and insurance professionals, and licensed investigators. "Combined Properties warmly welcomes these new tenants to 2 Corporation Way," said Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing at Combined Props. "They will benefit from 2 Corporation Way's central location in Centennial Park, which offers unparalleled highway access and first-class office space that will facilitate their continued growth and success," Regazzini represented the landlord in these transactions. Colliers International, McCall & Almy, and Richards, Barry, Joyce & Partners assisted in executing these recent leases at Two Corporation Way.
