Combined Properties Inc. expands and renews lease for Mystic Valley Elder Services to 40,488 s/f

Malden, MA According to Combined Properties Inc., a full-service real estate investment and development firm, Mystic Valley Elder Services (MVES) recently renewed its lease of first class office space at Riverview Business Park, 300 Commercial St. In doing so, MVES expanded its footprint at Riverview from 20,200 s/f to 40,488 s/f. Combined Properties, whose corporate offices are also located in Riverview Business Park is overseeing the expansion. Combined used its in house team of architects and construction specialists to design the expansion space and make significant upgrades to MVES’s existing space. Construction is on schedule and nearing completion.

MVES is a 40-year-old non-profit agency which has an annual budget of around $69 million with 300 staff members and over 400 volunteers. Mystic Valley’s mission is to support the wellbeing, dignity and independence of elders, adults with disabilities and caregivers residing in Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Revere, Stoneham, Wakefield and Winthrop.

MVES executive director Dan O’Leary said, “We are delighted to continue our long standing relationship with Combined Properties. At the commencement of this latest lease, MVES will have called the Riverview Business Park home for a quarter century. For us, the location, amenities and service that Combined Properties offers allows us to meet the needs of our customers in an office environment that is convenient, cost effective and first class.”

Combined Properties, Inc. specializes in high-quality office, R&D, industrial, and retail properties in the Northeast.  Since its founding, the company has purchased, developed and managed over three million square feet of space.  Most recently, Combined has continued its expansion into residential development.  The firm is currently constructing 210 luxury apartments’ just steps from the Malden Center MBTA Orange Line and commuter rail. The apartments at 100-150 Exchange Street will mirror the successes of 160 Pleasant Street which was completed in 2006.
