Combined Properties, Inc. sign Doctors Express to 3,532 s/f at Centre Plaza

According to Combined Properties, Inc., Doctors Express has signed a 3,532 s/f lease at 219 Centre St. in the city's Central Business District. Malden's Doctors Express will be located in Combined Properties's Centre Plaza, joining Dockside Restaurant, Gentle Dental, Malden Chiropractic, Tip Top Nails, and the US Coast Guard. The 20,000 s/f retail strip is now 100% occupied. "This will be an excellent location for Doctors Express, as it is easily accessible and conveniently located on busy Rte. 60 in Malden," said Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing for Combined Properties. "We are excited to welcome Doctors Express to our family of Malden clients as we know they'll help the community of Malden receive convenient medical care." Regazzini represented the landlord and Jim Bagley, broker for Atlantic Retail, represented the tenant.
