Combined Properties leases 18,581 s/f in Centennial Park to HTS Engineering

Peabody, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc. HTS Engineering Inc. (HTS) has extended their 18,581 s/f lease at One Corporation Way in Centennial Park. HTS is one of the largest independent built-to-order commercial and industrial full-service HVAC manufacturer’s representatives in North America.

Founded in 1992, HTS has grown to 16 locations across North America. HTS credits its growth to a steadfast commitment to the shared success of everyone involved in the selection, design, installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.

“One Corporation Way has been an excellent fit for HTS for a number of years ,” said Greg Regazzini, senior vice president & director of leasing. “The two-story flex infrastructure provided users like HTS with excellent clear heights and loading for R & D and manufacturing while also delivering first-class office interiors. We are excited to continue our relationship with HTS and look forward to working with their team to implement desired upgrades to fuel their continued growth in the property”.

Centennial Park in a master-planned business hub located at the crossroads of Rte. 128, I-95 and Rte. 1, and is 17 miles north of Boston and Logan International Airport.
