Combined Properties renews 164,095 s/f lease to Conduent, Inc.

Lynnfield, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc., Conduent Inc., a leader in document technology and services for more than half a century, has renewed its lease of 164,095 s/f at 66-70 Broadway. The complex has served Conduent and prior affiliates since 1996.

Conduent specializes in managing digital infrastructure, transaction processing, and customer support operations for both large private sector corporations and government agencies.

“We are excited to continue our relationship with Conduent and we look forward to their continued success in this unique asset” said Greg Regazzini, senior vice president and director of leasing for Combined Properties. “66-70 Broadway is just 16 miles from Boston’s Financial District. The premises are comprised of 102,400 s/f of air conditioned office and production space together with 61,695 s/f of high bay warehouse, which combined makes the complex a one-of-a-kind opportunity in the marketplace.” 

Regazzini represented Combined Properties in this transaction and JLL’s Hannah Kieran and Chris Lawrence represented the tenant.
