Arlington, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Jason Arms, a 12 unit multi-family property. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer in the transaction. The asset sold for $3.3 million. 

Jason Arms is located at 15 Jason St. The three-story, value-add building contains 12 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units with 10,450 s/f of gross living area in 14,696 s/f of gross area. The property is situated upon a 0.16-acre parcel and features three off-street parking spaces.
