Combined Properties signs 12,240 s/f lease to On Time Card Solutions

Chelsea, MA Combined Properties, has signed a long term lease with On Time Card Solutions. On Time will relocate its business into 12,240 s/f located at 176 Williams St.

On Time Card Solutions (formerly On Time Mailing) was established in 1996 as an independent direct mail and fulfillment company, committed to supporting small to mid-size marketing programs who were often underserved. Today, On Time Card Solutions is one of the largest plastic and personalization companies of its kind; providing direct mail fulfillment and plastic card personalization services all under one roof for the healthcare, automotive, retail, education and non-profit markets.

“We are excited to add On Time Card Solutions to our portfolio of tenants and look forward to developing a longstanding relationship with their team.” said Combined Properties vice president and director of leasing Greg Regazzini. 

The property’s infrastructure, competitive pricing and proximity to Logan International Airport, Cambridge and downtown Boston were said to be key factors for On Time’s relocation. 

176 Williams St. is part of a 250,700 s/f industrial complex owned by Combined Properties. The property is located at the foot of the Tobin Bridge and 5 minutes from Logan International Airport and downtown Boston. 

On Time Card Solutions was represented by Phillip Burgess, president and principal of Burgess Properties. Regazzini represented Combined Properties, Inc.
