Combined Properties signs three leases totaling 26,250 s/f in Medford

Combined Properties, Inc. recently renewed three leases totaling 26,250 s/f on Mystic Ave./Rte. 38. The renewing tenants include General Insulation, Sherwin Williams, and Sonapar/North East Electrical Distributors. General Insulation, who has expanded its space by 2,115 s/f bringing 278 Medford St. to 100% occupancy, now occupies 6,865 s/f. Sherwin Williams Auto Finishes, occupying 5,670 s/f at 312 Rear Mystic Ave., manufactures and distributes a complete line of advanced technology paint and coating systems for automotive and fleet refinishing industries. Sonapar/NorthEast Electrical Distributors, occupying 13,715 s/f at 326 Mystic Ave., is a full-service electrical distributor to electrical contractors, original equipment manufacturers, industrial, utility, and institutional customers. This Medford location is one of 32 NorthEast Electrical Distributors branches throughout New England. "The properties in our Medford portfolio appeal to tenants because they are highly visible, provide easy access to major routes including 38, 16, 28, and Interstate 93, and are so close to Boston," said John Pereira, president of Combined Properties.
