Commercial Acquisitions Services leases 22,500 s/f at Northrop Industrial Park

Goodyear has signed a five-year lease with an option to renew with John Orsini for 22,500 s/f at 4 Northrop Industrial Park, according to Alan Bolduc who brokered the deal with Kyle Roberts of Commercial Acquisition Services LLC. Orsini is the president and founder of the Executive Auto Group dealerships. "It's going to be Goodyear's wholesale distribution center, servicing more than the New England region," Bolduc said. Goodyear is based in Ohio and is opening distribution centers nationwide, he added.
