Marci Alvarado

Norwell, MA According to Commercial Property Advisors, Sager Electrical Supply Company (Sager Electronics) has signed a lease for 15,856 rentable s/f of office space at 141 Longwater Dr. Commercial Property Advisors represented Sager Electronics in the transaction. The company will relocate its headquarters from Middleboro, Mass. later this year.

The new facility was selected to reflect Sager Electronics’ commitment to fostering a collaborative and engaging workplace environment. The space features modern amenities, in-office hoteling opportunities, shared gathering spaces, and flexible collaboration and meeting areas designed to support productivity and enhance the employee experience.

“This decision reflects a deliberate investment in our future,” said Frank Flynn. “As our business continues to evolve, it was important that our headquarters better support how we work, particularly by enabling stronger collaboration between our employees. The layout and design of this space encourage connection, communication, and alignment across teams, while providing a true sense of community.”

Flynn also recognized the advisory team that guided the process. “Partnering with Commercial Property Advisors and Marci Alvarado resulted in a seamless and expertly managed process from initial discussions through final lease execution,” he said. “Marci’s extensive market knowledge and strategic insight proved invaluable throughout negotiations, and her professionalism and guidance were instrumental in achieving a successful outcome.”

Alvarado noted that the search involved evaluating numerous options before the right fit became clear. “141 Longwater Dr. stood out as the ideal match for what Sager Electronics was looking for, with the work environment, amenities, and overall feel of the space checking every box,” she said. “It was a pleasure working with the Sager Electronics team throughout this process.
