Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. represents the seller in sale of The Shed Place in Mashpee, MA

Mashpee, MA Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful sale of The Shed Place, a long-standing Cape Cod business specializing in sheds, barns, and outdoor structures.

Craig Campbell and Brad Kuhrtz of Commercial Realty Advisors represented the seller, HH Structures, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was Pine Harbor Wood Products LLC, an affiliate of Essential Holdings, the Boston-based investment group that previously acquired Pine Harbor Wood Products. The sale closed in June 2026.

The Shed Place has served Cape Cod customers for more than 40 years through its Bourne and Mashpee locations, building a strong regional reputation for quality outdoor structures, customer service, and practical solutions for homeowners, contractors, and property owners across the Cape.

The transaction included the operating business of The Shed Place and a concurrent real estate component involving the Bourne property at 1 Katie Marie Drive. The business also continues its presence in Mashpee, expanding Essential Holdings’ outdoor structure platform on Cape Cod.

For Essential Holdings, the acquisition represents its fourth overall and its first add-on acquisition to Pine Harbor Wood Products. Together, Pine Harbor and The Shed Place create a clear market leader in sheds and outdoor structures on Cape Cod.

The acquisition further demonstrates continued demand for established Cape Cod businesses with durable operating histories, recognizable names, strong customer bases, and meaningful real estate or location value. For business owners considering succession, retirement, or strategic transition, the sale of The Shed Place highlights the importance of preparation, experienced representation, and a coordinated approach to business and real estate assets.

Commercial Realty Advisors congratulates Ralph Bartlett and Michael Conway of HH Structures, LLC/RBMC Realty Holdings, LLC; Jamie McGrath, David Crabbe, and Joel Bryce of Pine Harbor Wood Products LLC and Essential Holdings; and all parties involved in the successful completion of this transaction.
