Paxton, MA Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. has been retained as the exclusive marketing and sales agent for the former Anna Maria College campus located at 50 Sunset Ln.

The property represents one of the most significant institutional real estate opportunities to become available in Central Massachusetts in recent years. Situated on 260 acres in a campus setting, the property features a diverse collection of academic, residential, athletic, and administrative facilities with potential for a variety of future uses, including educational, residential, healthcare, hospitality, recreational, religious, and mixed-use redevelopment opportunities.
