The construction of an addition to the main lobby and
renovation/creation of amenity space for a Davis Co. building.

 

Krohne 
Connolly was enlisted to design, permit, and build a 94,000 SF building to house the
NAFTA headquarters for the German flow metering device manufacturer Krohne.

 

Great Marsh Brewing Co.
A new two-story, 13,000 SF building for the Great Marsh Brewing Company
in Essex, Mass. The newest craft brewery on the North Shore, it features a
state-of-the-art craft brewhouse, taproom, restaurant, and beer garden.

 

PEM Plumber Hall
Historic restoration and conversion to office space for
the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Mass.  

 

Jumbo
A 130,000 SF self-storage facility in Everett, Mass.
for Jumbo Capital Management, LLC.

 

WL French
A new 60,000 SF corporate office and maintenance facility
for W. L. French in Billerica, Mass.

 

Harmonic Drive
A new $16 million corporate headquarters for Harmonic Drive LLC, a manufacturer of gearheads,
gear component sets, and servo actuators, in the Dunham Ridge Business Park in Beverly, Mass.
