Compass celebrates 45 R.I. agents named to RealTrends 2026 City Rankings

Providence, RI Compass made known that 45 of its Rhode Island agents and teams have been recognized on the prestigious RealTrends 2026 City Rankings list. Demonstrating strong local leadership, five Compass teams and six individual agents secured the number-one spot in their respective municipalities. The top-ranking honorees include:

Individual Agents: Rosemary Tobin (Block Island), Patrice Fenton (Charlestown), Bob Bailey (Jamestown), Renee Welchman (Little Compton), Kira Greene (Providence), and Lori Joyal (Watch Hill).

Agent Teams: The Kirk | Schryver Team (Barrington), The Phipps Team (East Greenwich), The Local Group (Narragansett), Newport Living Group (Newport), and The Blackstone Team (Providence).

Of the 45 Compass agents recognized statewide, an impressive 27 ranked within the top 10 producers of their respective town.

This recognition caps off a highly successful first half of 2026 for the firm. Through the first half of 2026, Compass led the market in total sales volume across Narragansett, Westerly, and Barrington, while also securing the top spot for total transactions in Little Compton.
