Compass Facility Services purchases 5,250 s/f industrial building for $515,000

Compass Facility Services recently purchased a 5,250 s/f free standing industrial building at 65 Jackman St. for $515,000. The free standing building will afford Compass Facility Services the administrative and warehouse space they need to grow. The property is situated on 2.38 acres which offers room for future expansion. Chris Everest and Michael Allen of Nordlund Associates, Inc. represented the buyer, Ceili Realty Trust and Paul Consoli of Prudential represented the seller.
