South Kingstown, RI Compass brokered the sale of 841 Green Hill Beach Rd. for $3.55 million. Kira Greene, founding agent of Compass Providence, represented the buyer in this transaction. The sellers were represented by Judy Chase and Charlotte Fiola of Mott & Chace International Realty.
