On behalf of PROMETRIC, Chris Healey, associate real estate broker with CBRE/New England, and Zubin David of Cassidy Turley, Baltimore Md., arranged a five-year lease for 1,537 s/f on the second floor of Concord Crossing, 2 Whitney Rd. PROMETRIC is an educational test development and delivery provider for academic, financial, healthcare, informational technology, and corporate and professional organizations headquartered in Baltimore. The National Society for the Preservation of Covered Bridges, Inc. has leased 390 s/f on the second floor of Concord Crossing. Concord Crossing is a 76,000 s/f office and industrial building located next to I-93, Exit 17.
