Marlborough, CT The Connecticut/Western Massachusetts Chapter of SIOR held a luncheon on Friday March 26th at the newly constructed Zina’s Cucina, at 17 N. Main St. Several members and guests were in attendance, and all were delighted for the opportunity to safely gather in person again. The attendees had high level-engaging discussions over a great lunch, particularly around industrial demand and lack of product, and then office demand relating to firms eventually re-opening. Construction cost instability and the potential impact to overall rental costs were another hot topic of discussion.

SIOR represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. The SIOR designation stands unchallenged for excellence in the performance of real estate services and is universally recognized as the prerequisite in the selection of a commercial real estate broker, agent, or consultant.
