The installation and holiday banquet was held on November 30 at Amarante’s Sea Cliff. The theme of the evening, “Educating the Future”, emphasized the Chapter’s and the Institute’s commitment to offering the highest level of commercial real estate education, providing financial analysis, investment strategies, negotiation skills, networking, and ethical standards for professionals’ success.

Approximately 60 industry and allied professionals enjoyed an evening of networking with real estate colleagues, associates and future leaders and professionals. A select number of students studying commercial real estate at Sacred Heart University and the University of Connecticut also attended.

The chapter also announced upcoming events in 2024, including a complimentary CRE forecast webinar on January 25 with Mike Goman of Goman + York. With more than 30 years in the real-estate industry, Mike advises tenants, corporations, institutional investors and high-net worth individuals regarding commercial real-estate investment, acquisition and development.
