Connecticut Commercial Conference held October 12
Hartford, CT On October 12th the University of Connecticut and the Connecticut Commercial Real Estate Alliance presented the 2017 Connecticut Commercial Conference at the Marriott Hartford Hotel Downtown.
Professor Jeffrey Cohen, associate professor of Real Estate and Finance and associate professor of Economics; James Redeker, commissioner, DOT; Edmund Kindelan, CPA, managing partner, NE, CohnReznick; and Michael Freimuth, executive director CRDA were the presenters.
Mike Gorman of Gorman + York, Property Advisors, LLC. served as panel moderator.
The panelist included Mark Duclos, SIOR, CRE, Sentry Commercial for the industrial perspective; Marty Kenny, Lexington Partners, LLC covered multifamily; Matt Halprin, New England Retail Partners spoke to retail and Jay Wamester, SIOR, Colliers International covered office.
