The New London office of Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes has completed the sale of property located at 70 Bridge St., for a contract price of $250,000. The former BP service station, which is located in the City of Groton's Waterfront Development Zone, was converted in the late 1990s into an office facility having approximately 2,100 s/f on three levels. The building also has both dock and drive-in access and off-street parking.
The seller, Spicer Plus Inc. of Groton, was represented by broker William Newman of Connecticut Commercial Realty. The purchaser, Phair Holdings, LLC was represented by Robert Schwartz, also of Connecticut Commercial Realty's New London office.
Attorney Joseph Selinger of the New London firm TCORS closed the transaction for the sellers, while the buyers were represented by Attorney Nick Lioukes of the Portland Maine firm of Drummond & Drummond, LLP. broker Deborah Evans, of the Portsmouth N.H. firm ReMax Coast to Coast Properties, served as a consultant to the intended occupant of the property, KMK Construction based in Eliot, Me.
