Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes leases 900 s/f: To Infini-Staff LLC at 90 Enfield Street in Enfield
The Somers office of Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes has leased a 900 s/f office space at 90 Enfield St.
Broker Victoria Clark of Connecticut Commercial represented the lessor, 90 Enfield Street LLC in this transaction while the lessee, Infini-Staff LLC, was represented by Gloria McMann Clark of Merrigan & Lefebvre Realty of Windsor Locks. The office building on Rte. 5 near the Massachusetts line is also occupied by Attorney Charles Hines, Mirken Cleaners and Kason Credit Corporation; Connecticut Commercial Realty continues to market two additional spaces available now.
