Connecticut/Western MA SIOR Chapter remaining connected this summer

Hartford, CT The Connecticut/Western Massachusetts SIOR Chapter has continued its Chapter Zoom industry Weekly CRE Chat Series, with an every other week summer schedule.

On July 15th, Tim Lescalleet from Griffin Industrial Realty talked about the state of the industrial real estate market in central Connecticut with remarks about other markets Griffin has holdings, including Lehigh Valley, PA; Charlotte, NC; and Orlando, FL.

On July 29th Tom Pajolek will be moderating a discussion about the office and multifamily markets in Connecticut.

Pat Wellspeak will be presenting on August 12th, leading a discussion on commercial real estate valuations in Connecticut, in our post COVID world and economy.

The chapter is planning to hold face-to-face get-togethers again in the fall with our golf outing scheduled for September 1st at The Farms Country Club in Wallingford. Our Fall (Annual) meeting will be held at the Essex Yacht Club on September 23rd. A specific itinerary focused on the safety of all those planning to attend will be forthcoming soon.
