Connolly Brothers breaks ground on 65,000 s/f office building

Mayor William Scanlon, city of Beverly, representatives from the North Shore Chamber of Commerce and Beverly city representatives joined Connolly Brothers to celebrate the groundbreaking of the first speculative office building on the North Shore since 2003. 138 Conant Street is the second building built at this location by Connolly Bros. with the first building built in 1989 and leased by Electric Insurance. The 65,000 s/f facility is highly visible from and adjacent to Rte. 128. Construction will be completed in August. The four story building will have underground parking for 55 cars. The construction is cast in place concrete and steel frame. 138 Conant St. is located next to Cherry Hill Park and the Beverly Airport. Marketing will be done by Klemmer Associates.
