Connolly Brothers Inc. completes design-build fit-up project for North Shore Neurology

Beverly, MA Connolly Brothers Inc., a construction management firm serving private commercial, industrial and institutional clients, completed a design-build fit-up project for North Shore Neurology, a new tenant at 152 Conant St.

The scope of this project involved renovating existing office space for use as functional medical office space. Fit-up included building exam rooms, procedure rooms, a conference room, and administrative offices. The project also involved updating an existing employee break room. North Shore Neurology collaborated with Connolly Brothers to design the layout and select specific finishes best suited to meet the needs of their patients.

The Connolly team strategically coordinated with all project stakeholders to successfully meet the project timeline, completing construction ahead of the tenant’s scheduled move-in date.

Connolly Brothers served as both architect of record and construction manager. The project team also included DJ Plumbing and Heating Inc.; Executive Building Systems, Inc.; RELCO – Reilly Electrical Contractors, Inc.; and Tech Mechanical Systems, Inc.

“This project exemplified how a skilled and dedicated project team can drive success,” said Connolly Brothers president and CEO, Jay Connolly.

“We are thrilled to welcome North Shore Neurology to 152 Conant St. and look forward to building a strong partnership with them going forward.”

“The recent move of our Beverly office to 152 Conant St., Suite 200 marks an exciting new chapter for North Shore Neurology & EMG,” said North Shore Neurology managing partner & medical director, Louis Tramontozzi III, M.D. “We marveled at the efficiency, attention to detail and ease of working with Thaddeus Minshall, Harry Samolchuk, and the entire team at Connolly Brothers. The build-out of our new space delivered more than we could have imagined – it has truly dazzled both our staff and our patients. Most importantly, this move allows us to better serve our mission of providing current, comprehensive, and compassionate neurologic care in the community, and helps us fulfill our vision of increasing timely access to high-quality neurologic care where it’s needed most.”
