44 Simon Street - Nashua, NH

On behalf of Liberty Companies, CB Richard Ellis/New England has arranged a new 50,470 s/f long-term lease with Resonetics LLC at 44 Simon St. Resonetics, one of the largest total solution provider of laser micromachining products and services in the world, will relocate their operations to Liberty Woods Technology Center in the spring of 2011. Resonetics LLC will be the second tenant in the complex, joining Axsys Technologies, a division of General Dynamics.
"Liberty Woods Technology Center is ideally situated to attract and retain the highest quality technology talent in northern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire," said Mohsin Amiji, president of Liberty Cos. "We are sure Resonetics will prosper in this environment."
The CBRE team of David Connolly, senior vice president/partner, Roger Dieker, vice president, and Robert LeClair, associate, represented landlord Liberty Companies in the transaction. Tenant Resonetics LLC was represented by Chris Norwood of NAI Norwood and Steve James of NAI Hunneman.
Built by Teradyne Corp. in 1979, Liberty Woods is positioned to offer value to both office and technology/production/engineering users. Since being acquired by Liberty Cos. in 2006, renovations have been undertaken to the 240,000 s/f office and manufacturing facility to prepare it for a variety of tenants.
Liberty Woods combines access from Rte. 3 with a quiet setting on the edge of the Mines Falls conservation area. Liberty Woods offers extraordinary infrastructure for technology tenants including abundant distributed power, process piping and ESD floors. Furthermore, the site provides abundant parking which has the potential to accommodate call centers or other users with heavy parking needs.
