Shrewsbury, MA The Conrad Group has sold 800 Boston Tpke. The property consists of an 80,000 s/f life sciences building on 6.3 acres.

The site is leased to Cytiva, a global provider of technologies and services that help advance and accelerate the development and manufacture of therapeutics. Previously GE Healthcare Life Sciences, Cytiva has nearly 7,000 employees and operations in 40 countries and is part of the Danaher Corporation Life Sciences platform. Cytiva completed significant renovations to the facility under Operation Warp Speed prior to its late 2020 lease commencement date.

James McEvoy, senior vice president and Robert Conrad, president, of The Conrad Group represented the seller, MAG RE Holdings 800 Boston Turnpike, LLC and introduced the buyer, an affiliate of Foxrock Properties.

According to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds the sale price was $14 million.
