The Conrad Group sells former convent/assisted living facility for $3.9 million

Kingston, MA The Conrad Group has completed the $3.9 million sale of 363 Bishops Hwy. The property, known as the “Providence House,” and consisting of a 52,000 s/f facility on 23 acres, included a former convent, assisted living residence and skilled nursing center for the Sisters of Divine Providence.

James McEvoy, senior vice president and principal of The Conrad Group exclusively represented the seller, the Congregation of the Sisters of Divine Providence. The buyer, Longview Realty LLC was represented by Tom McFarland of RE/MAX Realty Pros.
